Kilsaran, a leading name in the construction and building materials industry, has received clearance from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) for the acquisition of Kilmurray Precast Concrete Limited based in Derryarkin Co. Offaly

Celebrating 60 years in business this year, family owned and run Kilsaran specialises in producing superior quality construction products from its six business units including Concrete Products & Aggregates, Precast, Road Surfacing & Contracting, KPRO pre-mixed dry mortar products, Paving & Walling, and Materials Recovery & Recycling.

Following confirmation from the CCPC Kilsaran resumed full control of the Derrycoffey pit from Monday 12 August, 2024. Kilsaran are looking forward to welcoming all Kilmurray employees into the Kilsaran family.
