Submit now for the ‘Irish BIM Innovation Awards’
Last month, CitA in association with Irish building magazine and BIMIreland.ie launched the ‘Irish BIM Innovation Awards’. The Awards event has received a very high level of interest across the Irish BIM community. You can now submit your proposals through the online submission facility.
Irish building magazine and BIMIreland.ie are proud to be working with CitA to promote the Awards. The Awards will consist of a one-day conference, on November 10th, where shortlisted entrants will present their submissions in the award categories of Design, Construction, and Operations/Asset Management. The Awards will set an industry benchmark and provide an opportunity to showcase Irish BIM Innovation.

Each submission will include:
A Pdf document of 3,000 – 4,500 words addressing the judging criteria;
Letters of Support (minimum of 3 required from client, end users etc);
Project Images (minimum of 5 and maximum of 10 x 300 dpi or higher resolution in jpeg or eps format, read only screen shot images of BIM Models can also be included).
One team may submit proposals covering several categories, and organisations may also participate in several categories.
The Irish BIM Innovation Awards 2016 will be held at the Gibson Hotel, Dublin, on Thursday, November 10th. The day event will be followed by a presentation and dinner that evening. The Awards will celebrate and acknowledge the innovative projects which are pioneering in their use of BIM tools and processes within the Irish Construction Industry.

Notification of Shortlisting: Friday 14th October 2016
Date of Conference and Awards Dinner: Thursday 10th November 2016
