Sonica has been appointed as the commercial fit-out provider for Guidewire’s new five-storey, 80,000 sq ft office building at Stemple Exchange, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.

(NYSE: GWRE) provides the platform general insurers trust to grow, innovate, and operate efficiently. Since first establishing a presence in Ireland in 2011, Guidewire’s Irish base has expanded rapidly so that it now provides professional services consultancy, software product development, as well as cloud operations, and software support to its enterprise customers around the world; global customer numbers stand at more than 400. The team in Dublin is second only in size to Guidewire’s team at headquarters in California. The multi-disciplinary Dublin team plays a key role in transformative programs for insurance companies around the world. The new office space will ensure that Guidewire’s Irish operations continue to play a significant role in the continued growth of business in EMEA, and globally.

The new office space is set to be completed in May 2021 with other works including project management by CBRE and Coady Architects.
