Clarion Hotel Sligo sold to Dalata for €13m
Property consultants, Savills, has announced the sale of the Clarion Hotel Sligo to Dalata Hotel Group for €13 million.
The well-established 4 star hotel was offered for sale on behalf of Receiver, Aiden Murphy of Crowe Horwath and will continue to be operated by current managers and new owners, Dalata.
Established as a hotel in 2005, the Clarion Hotel Sligo is strategically located in Sligo town and is one of the most recognisable hotels in the North-West region. This historic property includes 162 very spacious bedrooms and suites, conference facilities, restaurants & bar and a first-class health & leisure club.
The region is a very popular holiday destination offering a large number of outdoor activities & attractions owing to its surroundings; scenic beaches, inspiring natural terrain and popular Wild Atlantic Way coastal route.
