Windsor Motors Group has signed a €200,000 deal with Energia, which will involve the energy provider supplying over 1.5 gigawatt hours of electricity and gas to 14 Windsor sites.
These include sites in Airside, Belgard, Bray, Cork, Deansgrange, Galway, Liffey Valley and Raheny.
Established in 1968, the Windsor Motors Group has 13 dealerships in total, employing over 300 staff. It is best known for its relationship with Nissan, although it also has Opel, Peugeot, Mazda and Kia dealerships.
The announcement represents a renewal of an existing supply deal with Energia and the signing of a new deal involving additional sites with the aim of making further cost savings across the whole portfolio.
Gabriel Keane, chief executive, Windsor Motors Group, said: “Our customers want great service and the lowest prices so we must remain competitive.”
Energia has a 28pc market share of the Irish business electricity and gas market, supplying the energy needs of over 65,000 business customers, including over one in every three shops.
