SAVILLS BRINGS GILLETTE CORNER, LONDON TO THE MARKET

Savills and Mason Owen & Lyons, on behalf of The Bonnington Group, has brought the development opportunity at Gillette Corner, Great West Road, London to the market.

Gillette Corner is prominently located just off the Great West Road (A4) in Isleworth, approximately eight miles from Central London. The triangle site extends to 10.25 acres (4.17 hectares) and includes a main building totalling circa 327,000 sq ft (30,378 sq m) and features a Grade II listed building with prominent landmark clock tower, as well as several storage and warehouse buildings, taking the total existing uses to circa 500,000 sq ft (46,450 sq m).

Planning permission has previously been granted by Hounslow Council for complete redevelopment of the site, including office, hotel and restaurant use. However, subject to planning, the site may also be suitable for an alternative scheme including residential, leisure, industrial or distribution. Under the existing permission, the development proposals extend to circa 925,000 sq ft (85,932 sq m).

Oliver Fursdon, associate director at Savills, comments: “Gillette Corner is a highly recognisable landmark site. The quantum of existing and potential space, and the connectivity of the site make it an attractive opportunity.”
