Arthur Cox Wins Corporate Know-How Award
Arthur Cox was winner of the Best Provision of Corporate Know-How to Clients Award at the Managing Partner Forum (MPF) Awards for Management Excellence 2014, which were presented in London last night. The firm was presented with the award for its Companies Bill Microsite.
Arthur Cox’s Companies Bill Microsite is unique in providing clients with comprehensive online coverage of the far-reaching and fundamental changes proposed to Irish company law. The Companies Bill will, on enactment, be the largest piece of legislation ever in Irish law. The Microsite, launched in December 2012, is freely available to all (including existing and prospective clients) and provides a comprehensive review and analysis of the Bill on a Part by Part basis. The Bill comprises of 25 Parts, over 1430 sections and 17 Schedules. No other firm in Ireland is currently offering this service.

In addition to winning the Best Provision of Corporate Know-How to Clients Award, the firm’s knowledge management system, ACKnowledge, was shortlisted for the Operational Excellence – Best Use of a System to Enhance the Client Experience Award. ACKnowledge played a pivotal part in the success of the Companies Bill Microsite through its innovative use of technology to knowledge share and collaborate.
