Elliott Group has announced the recent successful completion of the Urbeo Clonsilla Residential Development, a remarkable project featuring 211 luxurious apartments and what is described as a ‘Triumph of Design and Community’.
This design and build development offers a range of studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments, all crafted to achieve an ‘A’ rating in energy efficiency, providing residents with both comfort and sustainability. Among the amenities is the concierge reception area, accompanied by a residential lounge, co-working and leisure spaces.
The development is surrounded by landscaped communal courtyards that are not only visually appealing but also practical, as they are equipped with charging points catering to the needs of the ever-growing community of electric vehicle users. A network of expansive walkways winds through the development, with integrated outdoor exercise equipment, contributing to the resident’s well-being.
