Annette Kröger, CEO Europe, Allianz Real Estate, to join Board of IPUT Real Estate

IPUT Real Estate (‘IPUT’), a leading property company and the largest owner of offices and logistics assets in Dublin, announces the appointment of Ms Annette Kröger as a non-executive Director with effect from 1 October 2022. Ms Kröger is CEO Europe of Allianz Real Estate, one of the world´s largest real estate investment managers. With a 20 year career in real estate, she adds significant international industry expertise to the IPUT Board.

Annette Kröger is the Chief Executive Officer Europe, Allianz Real Estate and a member of its global Executive Committee. Allianz Real Estate is one of the world´s largest real estate investment managers with c. €90 billion of assets under management. Prior to being appointed CEO Europe, Ms Kröger was CEO of Allianz Real Estate North & Central Europe and previously CEO Allianz Real Estate Germany which she initially joined in 2009. Before joining Allianz, she worked for Goldman Sachs in the real estate division. Annette graduated from the European Business School, Munich and holds an MBA from the Georgia State University, Atlanta. She is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Member of the Executive Committee of ULI Germany.
