AECOM appointed on PPP Bundle of Community Nursing Units

AECOM has been appointed by the HSE to provide technical advisory and cost management services to deliver a Public Private Partnership (PPP) Bundle of Community Nursing Units.

The number of sites included in the PPP Bundle will be determined at the completion of the detailed design stage of the framework (stage 2B).  The programme of work is anticipated to be four years.  The locations of the CNUs stretch across the country and range from greenfield sites to existing HSE campuses.

AECOM’s scope of service comprises two strands: To provide technical advisor cost management services for the PPP project and To provide cost management services for all sites in the project up to Stage 2b – detailed design – and provide cost management services through to completion on the remaining CNUs not included in the PPP bundle.

Tomás Kelly, Director, AECOM commented: “We are delighted to further extend our relationship advising the HSE. This is a key project for AECOM in Ireland with our considerable track record and experience in providing services on healthcare projects and our network of offices in Dublin, Cork, Galway and Limerick is ideally located to deliver these technical advisory and cost management services on this national roll-out programme.”
