Prices for 3-beds start at €470,000 and 4-beds start at €560,000. Currently, Clay Farm has planning approval for 163 houses and 262 apartments, however, Park Developments have submitted a planning application via Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council’s fast-track development system for circa 900 additional units.
