Grafton completes move to London from today

Shares in builders group Grafton will only be traded on the London Stock Exchange from today, as the company ends its Dublin listing.

The company said it anticipates that it will be included in the FTSE UK Index Series from the close of trading on December 20, following the next FTSE quarterly review to be held on December 11.

It said that its annual results for the year ending 31 December 2013 and thereafter will be presented in sterling. The board also intends that, from March 2014, dividends will be declared in Sterling.

But shareholders will continue to have the option of receiving dividends in either sterling or euro.
