Growth for Turley across Ireland
Independent advisory Turley has strengthened its offering across Ireland with four appointments, including two Director-level hires.
Andrew Smith has been appointed as Associate Director, Strategic Communications in Turley’s Dublin office. He joins the team from leading Dublin-based PR consultancy Murray where he advised some of the largest names in Ireland’s property and development sector, including the Land Development Agency, Hibernia Real Estate Group, Quintain, and Tetrarch Capital.
Andrew is the third appointment this year to Turley’s growing Strategic Communications service. He will focus on growing the consultancy’s presence in the Irish market, overseeing its project communications function and corporate affairs offering to private and public sector client bases.
Elsewhere, Catherine Norris joins as Senior Planner in Turley’s Dublin Planning team having formerly worked at Downey. She brings with her considerable experience in the Irish and UK residential property markets, together with environmental and infrastructure planning.
Catherine is joined in the Planning team by Leo Kilkenny who has been appointed as Assistant Planner in Turley’s Dublin office.
In Northern Ireland Rosemary Daly re-joins the consultancy as a Director in its Planning team, having worked as Commissioner with the Planning Appeals Commission Northern Ireland. With more than 26 years in the built environment and planning sector she brings extensive experience of delivering planning decisions across a wide range of environmental and planning issues throughout Northern Ireland.
In her new role at Turley, Rosemary will focus on delivering new and existing Net Zero Infrastructure opportunities across the island of Ireland, as well as providing expert planning advisory services to clients across residential, commercial, industrial, and rural development proposals in the Northern Ireland market.

The appointments expand the capacity and specialist knowledge within Turley’s team across Ireland, coming at a time of growth as the consultancy continues active recruitment of senior leadership positions in the Dublin market to meet increased demand for its unique multi-service offer.
