Strata, a leading provider of project planning and digital construction services, has announced the appointment of Carl Kelly as Digital Construction Lead.

With nearly 15 years of cross-sector experience, Carl brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for digital technologies to Strata.

Strata, based in Dublin, specialises in construction planning, digital services, and delay analysis. They support sectors like data centres, energy, and biopharma. Strata is expanding internationally, targeting Germany and Sweden.

In his new role, Carl will lead Strata’s digital innovation and transformation services, focusing on integrating and analysing real-time data from multiple sources to enhance client project delivery. His commitment to optimising and exploring the potential of AI and emerging technologies aligns with Strata’s dedication to advancing technological boundaries in the industry.

Carl’s educational background includes a Professional Diploma in Digital Leadership from the Irish Management Institute, a Postgraduate Certificate in Data Science from Technological University Dublin and an MSc in Construction Project Management from Waterford Institute of Technology. He joined Strata as a Senior Planning Engineer in 2022. His previous roles included working with contractors and construction material suppliers, where he managed various residential, pharmaceutical, data centre, and industrial projects.
