CPAC Modular will present a first for Ireland’s immersive CPD experience, hosted on the live construction site of the country’s first permanent modular-built school.

Situated on a greenfield site next to Kishoge Community College, this 3,600m², two-storey Permanent Modular Building is nearing the end of its 72-week programme.

Our in-house design, production, and operations teams utilised Autodesk Construction Cloud as our Common Data Environment (CDE) to streamline the design, off-site production, and quality assurance processes. Collaboration with external stakeholders, client design teams, and local council officials was instrumental in delivering this groundbreaking project.

The Built Smarter CPD course sets out the theory, but more importantly in practice, how modular-built construction together with complimentary connected technologies deliver intelligent and sustainable building environments. Simply put, this is New Construction.
