PM Group appoints Anthony O’Rourke as CEO Designate
International project delivery specialists PM Group has announced the appointment of Anthony O’Rourke as Chief Executive Officer Designate. Anthony will succeed current CEO Dave Murphy, when he retires from PM Group in December 2023.
Anthony is currently Operations Director for Ireland, UK, Europe and joined the Board of PM Group as an Executive Director in 2018. He will commence his new role as PM Group CEO on 1 January 2024.
A Chemical Engineer by background, Anthony joined PM Group in 1994 and has held a number of senior management positions. He is a business leader with an excellent track record in organisational change and building high performance teams. Since taking over responsibility as Operations Director, he established new operations in Switzerland and Germany and integrated acquisitions in Belgium and the UK. He is a champion of PM Group’s culture, values and employee ownership model.

The changes he has overseen ensure PM Group is well positioned for continued success.”
