Two of Ireland’s Most Luxurious Castle Hotels to hit the Market
Two of Ireland’s most luxurious castle hotels have been brought to the market as a going concern by Savills, on behalf of the Hanly Group.
Kilronan Castle, Co. Roscommon is on the market with a guide price of €4.5m and the nearby Lough Rynn Castle, Co. Leitrim is guiding €3.5m.
According to Savills, the sales represent a rare opportunity to acquire two profitable hotels stepped in history. Located within 40km of each other, both properties have been comprehensively restored by the Hanly group.
Kilronan Castle: Located on the edge of the scenic Lough Meelagh a short drive from Sligo, Kilronan Castle is a full service four star hotel with 84 impressive bedrooms, set upon a 40 acre estate. The Douglas Hyde Restaurant provides a memorable dining experience with both the Dungeon Bar and Drawing Room Bar providing impressive views of the neighbouring Lough Meelagh.
