National Architects in Schools Initiative

The IAF has announced the National Architects in Schools Initiative. Devised and delivered by the Irish Architecture Foundation, this new initiative will provide students with first-hand experience of the design process under the guidance of design professionals.

The National Architects in Schools Initiative is co-funded by the Arts Council, Department of Education and Skills and the Department of Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht under the Government Policy on Architecture implementation programme 2013.

The IAF will work in partnership with five Education Centres to deliver this two year initiative, linking with schools in the areas of Cork, Donegal, Drumcondra, Galway and Wexford.

Applications are now welcomed from architects and graduates.

Information and Application Forms are now available to download from the IAF website. Deadline for applications is July 31st.
