CBRE adds to Hotels Division

CBRE has moved two of its Irish team to senior positions in its hotels division. Paul Collins (top right) has been promoted to head of hotels brokerage UK & Ireland and John Ryan (bottom right) has been appointed as director to the Hotels & Licensed division of CBRE Ireland.

Mr Collins, who has worked for CBRE Hotels since 2001, will operate from both Dublin and London and will continue to be involved in key Irish hotel deals. He will also source more overseas buyers, bring additional international capital into Ireland and allow greater access to his increasingly international client base.

John Ryan re-joins the CBRE Ireland Hotels & Licensed team following two years working in the drinks industry and the completion of a Masters in Real Estate.
